Eligibility

Participation in Vayuma Rise programs is available to individuals who meet eligibility requirements described for each program and who comply with these terms. Certain programs may have additional prerequisites or screening processes which will be disclosed in program materials.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our core adult programs unless a program explicitly states otherwise and provides parental consent mechanisms where appropriate.

Users must use our services lawfully and not for any purpose that is illegal, harmful to others, or in violation of local laws. Activities that involve illicit conduct, infringement of rights, or deceptive practices are prohibited.

Availability of specific services may be subject to geographic restrictions and local regulations. It is the user's responsibility to ensure participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Account and registration

Certain features and program access may require account registration. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining current and accurate registration information. Vayuma Rise is not responsible for problems or losses resulting from outdated or incorrect information provided by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Use strong passwords and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any assignment or transfer of an account without our prior written consent is prohibited.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts for suspected violations of these terms, security reasons, or to comply with legal obligations. Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the circumstance.

Services

Vayuma Rise offers programs, workshops, coaching, and digital resources focused on conscious entrepreneurship and spiritual growth. Program formats include in-person events in Singapore, live online sessions, and self-paced courses. Program descriptions on kwumrise.biz explain scope, duration, and any prerequisites.

We may modify, update, or discontinue aspects of services or programs at any time. When changes materially affect enrolled participants we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice and options where appropriate.

Program schedules, facilitators, and available seats are subject to change. We aim to deliver services as advertised, but events, facilitator availability, and platform issues may affect delivery. We will communicate significant disruptions to registered participants.

Community rules

To maintain a respectful and safe learning environment, participants must follow these community rules:

• Treat others with respect: no harassment, abusive language, or discriminatory behavior toward participants or staff.
• No solicitation: commercial solicitation, spam, or unapproved promotions are not permitted in program forums or events.
• Respect privacy: do not record, share, or distribute other participants' personal data without consent.
• No unlawful activity: do not use the platform to plan, promote, or carry out illegal activities.
• Follow facilitator guidance: participants should follow reasonable instructions from program facilitators and organizers.
• No medical or professional substitution: program content is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or business advice.
• Report concerns: notify organizers of rule violations or safety concerns so they can be addressed.

User content

Users may submit content such as profiles, comments, questions, and program assignments. By submitting content you represent that you have the right to do so.

You retain ownership of intellectual property rights in content you submit, subject to the license you grant Vayuma Rise to use the content as described below.

By posting content you grant Vayuma Rise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of operating and promoting our programs and services.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and for ensuring it does not violate these terms, infringe third-party rights, or contravene applicable law. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to user content that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts connected to repeated violations.

Intellectual property

All materials provided by Vayuma Rise, including course materials, logos, text, and multimedia, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Vayuma Rise or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content beyond personal, non-commercial use without explicit permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code or other proprietary elements of our platforms.
• Do not remove or alter copyright or other proprietary notices contained in materials.

Paid services

Certain workshops, coaching packages, and courses require payment. Paid services are described on kwumrise.biz with applicable fees, duration, and terms of access.

Program prices are listed on the relevant registration pages and may include one-time fees or subscription charges. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments may be accepted via payment processors listed on our site. By providing payment information you authorize the use of that method for the transaction. Payment processors have their own policies which govern the payment process.

Subscription-based services, if offered, will specify billing frequency and renewal terms. You are responsible for ensuring payment details are current; failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

Refunds and credit policies vary by program. Where refunds are available, terms will be specified at the point of purchase or in program-specific terms. We assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with published policies.

Participants may cancel enrollment according to the cancellation terms listed for each program. Some programs have specific deadlines or non-refundable components; these will be disclosed prior to purchase.

Participants are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to purchases in their jurisdiction. We will collect taxes where required by law.

We may change fees for programs, but changes will not affect confirmed enrollments unless otherwise communicated and agreed.

Non-payment may result in suspension of access to services, without prejudice to our right to recover outstanding amounts through available legal remedies.

Limitation of liability

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to accounts, content, or services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to participants or the community. Termination may be immediate in cases of material breach.

Consequences of termination may include loss of access to program materials, community forums, and any active subscriptions. Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred prior to termination, such as outstanding payments.

Disputes

If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or legal proceedings in Singapore as outlined under Governing law.
